Hyper-V的VM有Saved狀況，不能刪除或啟動

解決如下：

1. 在Service中關掉所有Hyper-V服務

   • Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management


2. 找出VM的設定檔
   
   
   
   • C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines

3. 刪除最後的</configuration>>的">"

改變Word中合併欄位的日期格式

1. 選取日期合併欄位；
2. 按ALT+F9；
3. 改成如下: {MERGEFIELD "date" \@"dd MMMM yyyy"} 格式碼(Format Code) 與Excel 中使用的一樣。但須注意MMMM一定要大楷。

多媒體檔案格式轉換 - 如MP4 Video to MP3 Audio

最近有位朋友詢問有否簡單易用的軟件，把視視檔轉成聲音檔，擺進iphone裡。典型的例子是把演講的視像mp4 video 轉成 mp3 audio，省下iphone不少的儲存空間。

在Windows 7裡，我試了WinFF (1.1.0 Aug 28, 2009) 及Super(2010 Build 37 Jan 01, 2010) ，只有後者能在Windows 7裡完成任務。

操作簡易，Right click Mouse有Menu各種選項。

1. 從Menu中Add Multimedia Files(s)
2. 在程式頂部左邊，選MP3 (Audio Only)，頂部右邊mp3。
3. 在底部按"Enocde (Active Fiels)" Button。
4. 轉換了的mp3預設在來源檔的相同資料夾中。
