Hyper-V的VM有Saved狀況，不能刪除或啟動

解決如下：

1. 在Service中關掉所有Hyper-V服務
   
   
   
   • Hyper-V Image Management
   
   
   • Hyper-V Networking Management Service
   
   
   • Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management


2. 找出VM的設定檔
   
   
   
   • C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines
   
   
   • 例：F75ED29E-AE61-4FB4-BB52-66926D608666.xml


3. 刪除最後的</configuration>>的">"
